David Williams Summer Learning Journey Teaser Week Activity 3

  1. Kia ora Jasnoor,

I’m super excited to read your post because it’s about David Walliams! He’s one of my favourite children’s authors to read because he’s so comedic and entertaining! My little brother and I often read his novels together and have to stop every few pages or so because we’re laughing too hard! What’s your favourite David Walliam book and why? One of my favourites is Gangsta Granny! This is probably because I work part-time with elderly people and to think of all the little old ladies and men secretly being big-time robbers, is absolutely crazy, and of course, very funny!

Well done on finishing your third activity! Two to go and then you’re done! Are you excited to take part in the main Summer Learning Journey program? (Starting next week 16th December). You’ve also done a great job on finding interesting things to tell me about David Walliams. I’m very impressed with your hard work!

Thank you for your lovely blog post and have fun completing the rest of the activities.

I’m super excited to see what else you come up with this week!

    Ngā mihi,
    Olive

  2. Kia ora Jasnoor,

Merry Christmas! I hope you are having a great holiday so far :)

My name is Tayla and I am the Cluster Manager for the Summer Learning Journey in Kaikohekohe. I just wanted to pop in and say that it’s not too late to start the programme! You can find the activities here: https://sites.google.com/site/summerlearningjourney/weekly-activities

You can do any of the activities, so take a look at some of the options. I’m sure there will be something that you’ll find interesting to learn about.

I hope I get to read some of your work!

    Ngā mihi,
    Tayla
